How to Take Your Measurements Accurately

Shoulder Width
To measure your shoulder width, start from the end of one shoulder (at the bony prominence), extend the measuring tape straight across your back, and finish at the same point on your other shoulder. Ensure that the tape is level and firm, but not tight.

Chest Circumference
Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest, which is typically in line with your nipples. Keep the tape horizontal and snug, but not too tight, to accurately capture the circumference of your chest.

Natural Waist Circumference
Locate your natural waistline, which is the slimmest part of your waist, usually just above the belly button. Circle the measuring tape around this area to get the measurement of your natural waist circumference. The tape should be parallel to the floor and fit comfortably without compressing your skin.

Lower Waist Circumference
Identify the fullest part of your waist, which may be below your natural waistline, and measure the circumference at this point. Ensure the tape is evenly wrapped around your waist without digging into your skin.

Hip Circumference
To measure your hips, find the widest part of your hip area, which is generally located around the bony prominences of your buttocks. Circle the tape around your hips, ensuring it passes over the largest part of your buttocks. Keep the tape measure level and firm.

Sleeve Outseam Length
Begin at the seam of your shoulder (where the shoulder meets the arm) and, with your arm slightly bent, measure down to the tip of your wrist, or where you prefer the sleeve to end. The tape should follow the natural curve of your arm.t.
